Exploration and Analysis of Player Phycology applied to a Platformer

This project consists of the process and development of making a player taxonomy applied to a specific genre (2D Platformer), and check if there is any relation between this taxonomy and the user experience through testing.

To achieve this I've developed a prototype with Unity that collects the player's data and modify the game according to the player taxonomy. To verify if the game predicitions really improved the player experience, the user after finishig each level must answer a questionnaire.

Data is uploaded to PlayFab, including the answers and all the stats related to the game and later I manually review to extrapolated data and see if the users are following some trends.
